HOME Visits
If you are unable to get to My Sippy Downs Physio, we are one of only a few practices which provide home visits. Prices are dependent on distance from the practice. My Sippy Downs Physio provides these visits to private health patients, people receiving community packaged care, self funded patients and DVA clients.
Other Services
Some other services we offer include Exercise Physiology, Acupuncture, Hydrotherapy, core strengthening/Pilates, Shock Wave therapy, Electrotherapy and more.

Who are we?

‘My Sippy Downs Physio’ is a family practice started by Shane and Elene Tompson. The focus of the business is to create a warm, welcoming environment whilst achieving the best possible outcome for our patients. The business has grown over the years starting with ‘My Parklands Physio’ in Meridan Plains. However, the focus is still on providing that special (over and above) service at a highly competitive rate. Our patients can rest assured that My Sippy Downs Physio will always comply with the ethos of Integrity, Knowledge and Care.
Treatment types
For muscles, bones and the neurological system
The Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists at My Sippy Downs Physio are able to provide treatments for people with a multitude of conditions. Including but not limited to musculo-skeletal injuries, neurological conditions, sports injuries, surgical rehabilitation (Prehab and Rehab), pain management and more. Our primary treatment focus is with ‘hands on’ treatments and exercise. However, we can also use Pilates, acupuncture, Shock Wave and Electrotherapy modalities.
Affordable & Accessable
Providing Allied Health to everyone
My Sippy Downs Physio accepts patients who have NDIS funding, DVA, WorkCover, Packaged care and Private Health. We also provide bulk billing for those referred by a GP with a care plan. HICAPS is available to people with private health.
